Last content update: 17 August 2026
Information covered
- Name, company, role, country and professional contact details supplied in a form.
- Project description, requested capabilities, indicative timing and confidentiality choices.
- Campaign parameters, landing page and referrer when available.
- Minimal technical information used temporarily to limit abuse, such as an IP address.
Purposes
The information is used to assess and answer the enquiry, route it to the appropriate business address and protect the form against abuse.
It is not used to imply that a project has been accepted or to make an automated decision about the visitor.
Basis for handling
Depending on the enquiry, handling may rely on consent, steps requested before a possible contract or the legitimate interest in securing the service. The applicable basis depends on the context and governing law.
Recipients and providers
Access is limited to people who need to handle the enquiry. Hosting and approved message-delivery providers may act as technical processors under the configured service.
CS Soft does not sell information submitted through the form.
Retention
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed for follow-up, relationship management and applicable obligations. Abuse-prevention logs should not contain the message body and remain temporary.
Your requests
You may request access, correction or deletion, and any other right available under applicable law, by emailing contact@cs-soft.tn. Reasonable identity verification may be requested.
International processing
A technical provider may process data from another country. The provider, location and relevant safeguards must be reviewed before the production service is enabled.
