CS Soft aims to keep published information clear and current. Product pages identify status, prerequisites and limitations where these are ready for publication.

A page, guide or form response is not a binding commercial commitment.

Projects and services

Scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, timing, responsibilities, pricing, source-code ownership and support are defined in a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

Website content and the CS Soft identity remain protected under applicable law. Rights for client work, third-party components and open-source software are addressed separately.

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass controls or interfere with operation of the website.
• Do not send passwords, production secrets or sensitive customer data through a form.
• Do not reuse content misleadingly or attribute an unwritten guarantee to CS Soft.

Availability and liability

The website may change or be unavailable for maintenance. Warranties, liability limits and governing law for an assignment are defined in its agreement.
